Allow adding a comment to a DNS record

Looking back at some of the DNS records I've configured, they're not always immediately obvious as to why they've been added and whether they still have a function.

Therefore it might be very useful to have the ability to add a little comment to each record when entering them in de deSEC portal. This metadata field has no other purpose than simply reminding me why the record was there.
