Don't have exact details anymore, but if you try to run the pedicularis data it pulls the metadata and then crashes.

The new (v3) versions of sra-tools prefetch and fasterq-dump are a lot smarter than the (v2.9) versions, so we won't have to do so much metadata parsing and housekeeping anymore.
