High Level User Story/ies
As a developer, I need Preview Environments to be publicly accessible so that external users can review and test changes directly in a controlled and secure manner.

Hypothesis or Bet
If we make Preview Environments publicly accessible with enhanced features then we expect increased collaboration and faster feedback cycles from external stakeholders.

OKR
2023-Objective 2 - Enhance Platform technologies and processes to be agile and scalable to tolerate at least a 50% unexpected increase in VFS product development workloads and Veteran end-user usage. (Was not associated w/ a specific KR)

Definition of Done

  • Preview Environments are accessible by external users.
  • Enhanced features for better functionality and user experience are implemented and tested.

Success Metrics

  • Number of external stakeholders using Preview Environments.
  • Positive feedback on the ease of access and quality of interaction with the Preview Environments.
