Automatically generating Azle-included canister definitions

• are we going to get rid of the canister path azle/canister and just do generated types? We need to do a PR to the candid repo to get this to work
• PR our automatic ts-js candid changes into the candid repo for didc
• document in contributing or at the top of the did files how to generate the idl objects and types
• update all documentation for new canisters, I want to do this right before releasing Azle 0.25.0
• write tests for didc pr
• Create contributing documentation for updating autogenerated IDL object files
