Should we intercept all panics/traps?

Using a panic handler in Rust...and/or various other panic catching things...do we want to try and catch all possible panics, especially the known ones from the ICP APIs and turn them into JavaScript exceptions that are thrown? If not, the developer will not be able to catch them.
