Convert all js scripts

Find everywhere in all the scripts (probably just in azle/scripts) that use ts-node and make sure they are updated to look like

src/compiler/file_watcher/file_watcher_loader.js

Does require work anymore?
property_tests/test/index.ts still uses require and needed to. But after updating either my node or going to tsx require hasn't been working so great
