at #3211 we removed metadata/LANG/changlogs and and at ~ #3275 metadata are read from /fastlane/metadata/android/LANG

however, weblate PR still contain the old place metadata/LANG - see eg. metadata/it/changelogs/ created with #3145

i think, we need to delete changelogs on weblate somehow, and then also delete it from the repo
