It would be nice if pages could have "maintainers" (i.e., the person who created the page).

To consider:

  • The ability to transfer maintainer status over to someone else
  • Maintainers should be able to edit/delete/move their own page
  • Show the maintainer's name somewhere on the page (should be visible)

NOTE: when creating the column, make sure to specify a default
(1 should be fine, as that's the admin user).

To do: update the maintainer field for all existing pages (should use the creator of the page)
