The open hardware stimulation fund event should be an event with an event brite
Must have

  • Decide on date
  • Invite people that got the grant
  • Share on our telegram chat
  • Check which of the speakers can be keynote speakers? Some examples
  • Report on the grant and how we have spend it (This is for other stakeholders)

Should have

  • Decide on the format of the event
  • Create eventbrite
  • Share call of elective, open hardware academy?
  • Consult on the idea of reiterating this fund with HardwareX publication in mind?

Would be nice to have

  • NetPresenters slides
  • Templates for people to see the list of projects with summary so that we can have a QR code, where people can find
  • Should we make it hybrid so that other interested people could also join?
  • Make list of people to invite
