Workflow description supervisor

THIS SHOULD ONLY BE ACCESSIBLE TO PEOPLE FROM TUDELFT, IF YOU ARE MEMBER OF THE TEAMS ENVIRONMENT AS AN EXTERNAL COLLABORATOR YOU COULD HAVE ACCESS.

  • When applicant submits form
  • Confirmation email is sent
  • Applicant is automatically added to the teams environment with access to all documents
  • Then code is automatically generated and a folder with this code is created (File system) with intake meeting template in place.
  • When applicant submits one or more assignments.
  • Each assignment should have a code for example: OHSF-SU-24-04#28-A#2 (A#2 appended part of the code identifies the assignment under a code for a project)
  • Confirmation email is sent
  • Then the assignment is placed in the project folder previously created.
  • Also then the assignment list is created aggregating all the list of assignments.
  • Requirements for the Sharepoint list of assignments:
    • List of assignments need to be public and findable
    • Link to the actual document of the assignment
    • The label categorizing Bachelor, Master thesis, TA work, or other....
    • (Planned starting date, end date)
    • Title of the assignment
    • The faculty
    • The project has been assigned or is looking for someone to work on
