The current implementation of NMF borrows several ideas from the implementation in Luis Pedro Coelho's Milk package. That code is under the MIT license as well.
The current implementation of ICA was derived from Vicente Zarzoso's Matlab code with his permission, but without any oversight from him. Vicente cannot be held liable for any discrepancies from the original implementation nor for any consequences derived from such discrepancies as may exist. Vicente's original Matlab code may be found here: http://www.i3s.unice.fr/~zarzoso/robustica.html
