FBAB stopped working

I'm currently using FBAB on one of my projects and it suddenly stopped working. I checked the token and then generated a new one and it still will not work. The access token debugs and loads album information fine in the explorer.

with show info enabled it loaded the profile image, but shows the Facebook link as undefined.

The instructions for generating the access token are bad. I have followed them multiple times, but until i used the token on the demo site the plugin was not operational.

so access token is taken from the app you create on facebook. refer my attached image
