Deploy HA k3d bundle config as part of nightly testing #846

Related to #728

We currently have tasks that deploy an HA version of our k3d demo bundle with "external" postgres dependencies.

We should run this task in our nightly CI, and ensure that all components are properly run, with multiple replicas, in this bundle.

Definition of done: K3d "HA bundle" run and tested nightly in CI.

Maybe as a follow-on or as part of this ticket we should evaluate running this test in our release CI as well.
