As we are starting to introduce new tests for uds-core atop different k8s distros, we should created an dashboard that displays the pipeline's latest status on a page. Alerting should also be implemented for pipeline failures.

Definition of done: A dashboard/table is created that is automatically populated with the latest pipeline run results. Alerts are created and sent via slack when pipelines fail.
