On Orange Pi 3B v1.1 with this kernel, I hit error failed to fork with docker frequently, it is similar(same behavior) to this error from ubuntu-rockchip

And the fix commits are

They likely are the same case, would you like to check those out and build new .deb binaries with those patches?
