• tar zxvf cudnn-6.5-linux-x64-v2.tgz
• cp -a libcudnn* $CUDA_HOME/lib64/
• cp cudnn.h $CUDA_HOME/include/

Can it be fully scripted or does it require a NVidia developer account to download?
