Setting a question to depend on another's answer doesn't seem to be reflected for the user when filling out the form.

When building an application form, I have a Multi Choice question where the user can choose what best describes them in terms of profession. E.g. Industry professional, academic, PhD candidate, MSc student, etc.

We normally have industry professionals pay through a different application form and channel, but the current application form can be used if the industry professional wants to apply to attend with a fee waiver.

We thus have a question "I would like to apply for free attendance with acknowledgement that paid registration may be permanently closed if my application is unsuccessful"
that should only appear if the person selects "industry professional" in the initial question.

Relatedly, we have a travel grants section that should only appear if the person is a student.

I can select "Depends on question" and the appropriate options, but upon saving and filling out the form, the logic doesn't seem to reflect. Going back to edit the application form, the "Depends on question" looks unspecified, although upon selecting the appropriate question again, the previous selected options are retained.
