Add predicted proposal ID into displaying of resulting proposal title on Proposal Builder Preview

One of Shutter's community participants created proposal for requesting grant from Shutter DAO
They've put proposal number since they haven't realized that this number will be added to the title automatically
As a simple improvement here - we probably should be adding that "predicted ID" into the preview on the right side

This also might be a good chance to raise overall "Preview" thingy issue, as I think it doesn't reflect what I'd personally (as a user) would expect from preview.
I believe we should be providing user's with UX to get into "mock proposal details page" where we'll be displaying entered title, description, transactions / actions through this preview - not just squashed details on the right sidebar. This is just further conversation - I believe idea that I've proposed should be good enough as of now, but just wanted to spark this conversation :)

@mudrila , could you provide more visual direction? Are you suggesting adding another row to the preview card with the predicted ID?

@nicolaus-sherrill mentioned that a full redesign might not make sense at the moment, but it could be worth discussing this further.
