After adjusting the image resolution, the end result picture has black lines

Bug Description
After adjusting the image resolution, my images at the far right get all these black lines going thru the whole pic making boxes. It is doing it for all my images and it used to not.. below is a link to a pic of what its doing.

Please let me know whats going on.. Thanks Jason.
