Yes, it does not. (The package request will not be considered in other cases.)

What the application you want packaged does?
Export keysend TLV messages, tailor made for podcasting 2.0

Only self hosted v4v messaging option

I looked into it a bit and issues 5 and 6 are important, also 10 would be great.

Can it use custom root web paths? (/helipad/foo)

Not currently. It was built for being an Umbrel app as it's first goal, so the environment was well defined. I can add those features to it now that I know it's being used as a standalone app.
