Task 3: TES-K & confidential computing in the de.NBI cloud

Here, a preliminary Kubernetes cluster was deployed at the Bielefeld cloud site during the ELIXIR BioHackathon. Following the TESK documentation, we want to deploy an authenticated TESK instance in this cluster and (ideally) link it with other TESK instances.

• M3.1: Add / update documentation and codebase for infrastructure deployment using Terraform and Ansible.
• M3.2: Include TESK deployment with authentication in the infrastructure deployment scripts.
• M3.3: Evaluate TESK installation with a workflow execution.
• M3.4: Evaluate and adapt the scripts for a second de.NBI Cloud location: BIH within Kubermatic (exclude Terraform infrastructure provisioning and deployment?).
