Is there way to bind scrolling multiple lines up/down, e.g. on Ctrl+Shift+Up/Down?

No, these shortcuts aren't implemented yet.

You can use Shift+PageUp/PageDown.
However, they aren't configurable. Seems to be a built-in Gtk feature.
