Right after install I get an error:

C:\Users\xxx\Desktop\xxx\public\js\jquery\dist>ccjs jquery.js
Error: Unable to access jarfile
C:\Users\xxx\AppData\Roaming\npm\node_modules\closurecompiler/compiler/compile r.jar

What does this mean?
