Users should receive notifications about grant approval/denial/modifications

When a user creates a grant, they should be able to easily determine if their grant has been approved, denied, or requires modification, and why.

Some options

• User optionally include email to receive notifications and communications regarding their grant (they could receive approval updates, donation updates, etc...)
• The UI should make it clear if something has changed on the status of their grant since their last visit
• It should be clear to the user up front what the guidelines are for a grant being approved
