Unable to download older versions via pip

Is this a new bug in dbt-athena?

• I believe this is a new bug in dbt-athena
• I have searched the existing issues, and I could not find an existing issue for this bug

Current Behavior

Unable to download athena version 1.8 . Looking at pipy only 1.9 is available for install...

Expected Behavior

Be able to install older versions of athena pre 1.9

Steps To Reproduce

pip install dbt-athena==1.8.3

Just use dbt-athena-community

As @CommonCrisis said, use dbt-athena-community for older versions.

Historically we have being publishing to dbt-athena-community, but since dbt-athena ownership was moved to dbt Labs (and we managed to get control on pypi dbt-athena), new releases will be published in dbt-athena.
