Doug --

Would you be interested in adding Docker support to this repo? You can check out my docker branch on my fork of this project (commit #e2ae1a3). As long as the 'docker-engine' is installed on your Linux computer (with Gnome Terminal), you'll only have one script to run (php7_docker.bash) and you'll get versions 5.6, 7.0 and 7.1 on ports 5555, 7777 and 9999 respectively. When you'll be running the script the first time, you'll be downloading the Docker images from my Docker Hub account (it will take a little bit longer). But once the images are on your computer, it's almost instantaneous.

If you're interested, please let me know and I'll send you the pull request.

Yours,

Andrew

One more thing... Do you want me to update the README file in order to add the Docker instructions to it?

Cheers!

Yours,

Andrew
