Some people that create SFZ instruments use "Includes" within their main .sfz files to link to other .sfz files (usually found in a folder called "modules"), which usually contain the paths/links of the actual samples that that sfz instrument uses.
If you try converting one of these SFZ instruments to soundfont using Polyphone, they appear to just create a small soundfont file because they are not accessing the samples to include them within that soundfont instrument.
Suggesting that maybe support can be added to allow Polyphones converter to recognize these "Includes" used in some SFZ instruments, if possible.

I tried looking around to find you a couple of examples of SFZ instruments that contain the "includes" that I am talking about, here are a couple, hope this helps.
