Automatically apply recommended settings

I would love to see an option to automatically apply a preset that would change both the steam deck config for that game, as well as the in-game config file, for games that have this option. I've been poking around and I found that /home/deck/.local/share/Steam/userdata/<id>/config/localconfig.vdf changes when you update the performance settings from the QAM, but steam doesn't appear to read from this file. Also it looks like it's just one file for all games.

Of course, for game specific settings, you need to know the config location for each game. There's other apps, like geforce now, that support updating the config for multiple games, I wonder if there's anything there that would be of use to use as a starting point.
