Update CI to build K95 for x86-32, x86-64 and OS/2 with Open Watcom 2.0

There is several problems with OW 2.0 and Kermit

  • bug in Open Zinc ui_env.hpp double definition of ZIL_WINNT for Watcom/Open Watcom
  • missing build make files (I have some prepared but need review and integration to Kermit source tree)
  • bug in MS tools clone (LINK)

I just fix a problem with Open Watcom MS tools clone for LINK that it works now properly.
