Similar section name and tab.id break table cross referencing

This is definitely a super fringe case (I've been writing minimal Rmd code to test things) but I was trying to find out what was going on here for several hours today until I started to break the code down to the absolute bare bones in order to report it here and then figured out where the issue came from. To spare others the same experience I wanted to share. Maybe this can be fixed (if its actually a "bug") within officedown. At the very least I think its good to have this on record somewhere.

Running the below Rmd returns a docx with a broken my-first-table reference. The issue goes away if I rename the tab.id or remove the section header i.e. # My first table. I do not know the inner workings of the officeverse but presumably the same/similar namings cause some sort of conflict.
