Please update Blazor project with the new one introduced in .NET 8?

I'm very interested in seeing how to use the new Blazor model in a non-trivial app.
So, could you please replace the old Blazor in your app with the new Blazor 'united' one?

Looked at the branch. It's still using wasm right? Or am I missing something?

It's using SSR for the initial render and WASM for interactivity.

Sorry for not being clear. I meant like the new template in .NET 8 where you decide render mode per component.
