in $patterns array You should change email pattern to this

from
'email' => '[a-zA-Z0-9_.-]+@[a-zA-Z0-9-]+.[a-zA-Z0-9-.]+[.]+[a-z-A-Z]'

to
'email' => '[a-zA-Z0-9_.-]+@[a-zA-Z0-9-]+.[a-zA-Z0-9-.]+',
