Natron Tool - Export .uv files

Feature

Same as the 3DEqualizer "Copy 2D Tracks" and "Export 2D Tracks" tool, we want a way to export 2D information from Natron, and use it inside Maya.
For example this would allow Natron to be used as the 2D tracking engine for mmSolver.
