Add in ability to save relative paths, rather than absolute paths in the moseq2-index.yaml file

This is a nice feature to have, especially if you're copying data between two locations and only one has moseq installed. Since one of the locations does not have moseq installed, you can't regenerate a new moseq2-index.yaml file with the correct paths
