Dependencies file

Hi,

Could you please provide a dependencies file like environment.yml for Conda or requirements.txt for Pip, to easily install all your dependencies?

pca_requirements.txt
model_requirements.txt
viz_requirements.txt

The repositories will be updated within the next 2 weeks with new functionality, full codebase documentation and an easy install feature that will auto-install all the dependencies for you. Until then, you can use the attached files for your convenience

Additionally, a pip install of our moseq2 repositories should automatically install the dependencies for you. If it does not work, and you get errors, please let us know in this thread! See here on how to install with pip
