I have been working with the following code for transition matrices with the goal of getting a string of syllables for 'n' number of transitions. The current code in the original Analysis notebook allows provides a matrix with the probabilities for a transition between an 'n = 2' syllables but as I continue to analyse my data I am increasingly interested in larger behavioral modules which would be produced by stringing together more than 2 syllables.

I have attached a picture of the code I am currently working with to achieve this goal, however, as I work to implement it into my code I want to make sure
sure I am going in the right direction.
