haha :-) on no day - it's always on. we ping each other async and we started recording short video summaries ("work journals") on youtube instead (see above). regular synchronous meetings always seem to take too much time from everyone. we still might sometimes do ad-hoc sync meetings, but not anymore automatically and on a regular basis.
