Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
If no options are supplied the rlvst_simplehash command just hangs

Describe the solution you'd like
Show clear list of available options - add --help option

Additional context
Maybe add some logging with an optional DEBUG logging level to show progress

There is a help option by default in argparse
The hang must be caused by something else
