IMHO, if you don't have at least the official website of the organization, that makes the whole dataset nearly useless.
Eg in #81 I wondered why DG-INFSO appears but not DG-CONNECT. For someone who doesn't know these abbreviations, the official website is a crucial piece of info to figure out what you are referring to. These websites:
should be checked automatically and regularly
a broken link should be indicated in red on your website
when a link is broken for more than a week, this is strong indication of government reorganization and some "dubious" flag should be raised, and possibly a task for PublicBodies maintainers or volunteers to investigate the issue
(#78 raises the question of extra fields. I'm posting this since separately since I think the official website is a crucial extra field)

@VladimirAlexiev thanks for stopping by! Great suggestions for the project. This project has been somewhat dormant until very recently, so we're just gathering steam to get it up to date. We would appreciate any help you can offer.
If we're going to periodically and automatically check link health (e.g. a maintenance script scheduled with Github Actions), we should probably add a new boolean field to the schema named website_active or something. So this schema part pertains to issue #78.
