create post-deploy check list

check after deploy for possible known misconfigurations

e.g.:

• nginx timeouts, caches
• max filesizes
• memory CPU (how much is expected etc.)
• THIS ISSUE of course

I'm thinking about disabling ssl check for all requests on the dev5. disable__P__ssl__P__check__P__specific__P__requests
Do we need to have it in our post deploy check?
