Encountered an issue importing from a Sharepoint List where column is using a 'Date and time' Type, but 'Include Time' setting is set to 'No'.
In this scenario dates are parsed incorrectly with the day appearing as the month and vice versa, for cases where this logic fails it does not parse at all. Once the 'Include Time' setting is changed to 'Yes' the issue is resolved and all dates are parsed correctly. Examples as below:
06/09/2023 > 2023-06-09T00:00:00.000000Z
19/09/2023 > 19/09/2023
