Describe the bug
After restore datahub mysql db, UI doesn't show term name edit button.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

Deploy clean datahub k8s version
Restore datahub mysql db from backup
Wait for complete restore indexes job
Open UI glossary terms and try to rename term
There's no edit button to change term name, but still can edit body text

Expected behavior
Able to change term name through UI after db restore procedure

Desktop (please complete the following information):

GKE 1.28.3
DH app version 0.14.0.2
DH chart version datahub-0.4.25
