Here's what I've been observing:

I simply share a folder where we have some ISO images for our custom Linux distribution.
I observe that "something" changes the ISO file - I can check with the hash value
I stop DAT Desktop and the ISO is not modified anymore

That leads me to think that DAT Desktop modifies the files from the folders that you share. Could that be the case?
