Standardize names between openHubo and drchubo URDF

Currently the knee and elbow names are inconsistent between openHubo and the URDF. In keeping with the pattern the rest of the joints use, they should be LKP, RKP, LEP, and REP.

The Hubo+ and DRC Hubo models all have that format already, which is the openhubo standard. Is there a particular model or function that doesn't follow that standard?

Is this still an issue? we added the YAML files that map between Hubo names and the OpenHubo standard names.
