How to handle ntp error if there was no internet.

Hi, how to handle the following error?
used command: pyarmor gen -e %after_month% --enable-bcc --enable-rft --enable-themida --enable-jit --mix-str --assert-import --assert-call --obf-code 2 --private --pack "dist\Script.exe" "Script.py"

Use local time with a leading "." prior to date, for example, .2023-12-30.
Refer to man page to know more about option -e

Already referred, I dont want local time because it it easily bypassed by simply changing the window's date.
in pyarmor 7 I could handle ntp excetpions from check_ntp_time.py
