省去下載後額外打包的步驟

如果要測試，直接原地安裝成測試套件即可（Firefox 只要把 manifest-firefox.json 改成 manifest.json 即可）。

況且，即使打包了，沒簽署瀏覽器也不允許安裝，要自動簽署的話，似乎不是不可行，但程式寫起來很麻煩。

整體看起來，似乎沒太大必要性，等哪天太閒再考慮。XD
