Extend the parsers/cursors/encoder for BSON/CSV/UBJSON so that they are resettable to new sources/sinks, the same way as was done for JSON/CBOR/Msgpack. Using this topic as an enhancement issue for discussion/traceability purposes.
I'll get started on that today/tomorrow and will submit a PR when done.
