Email field does not bind to the form data model

Pls check out the demo - the email field does not update the model, although it works the other way (model change will update field value)

That's certainly unusual. I can't say I'm able to reproduce this one, but since this module simply generates standard input tags, then lets Angular take over, I'm fairly confident the issue would be in Angular.

I'll take another peek later this week and see what I can find, if I can reproduce it. Just in case the problem really is in dynForms.
