Currently, when dandidav receives a PROPFIND request with a body that does not specify an XML namespace, the body is treated as though its namespace were DAV:. Look into whether doing this is technically correct/acceptable.

  • For comparison, Apache's mod_dav responds to request bodies without XML namespaces with a 400 error.
