Although it's not as sexy as some of the other development tasks, billing alerts would be a really useful thing to have in these challenging times.

Side Note: This would also be a good time to set up a dedicated email address for SMARS admin stuff; it could receive notifications from AWS, GitHub, Youtube (?!) etc.
